David R. Murch, Esq.
is
an attorney in private practice, primarily in Matrimonial and Family Law. He is a 1974 graduate of St. John Fisher
College and a 1977 graduate of Union University, Albany Law School. David is the managing partner of Murch & Wise,
P.C., in Webster, New York. He is a member of the New York State Bar Association and is a member of the Family Law Section
of the Monroe County Bar Association. David is a founding member of the Association of Collaborative Family Law, Inc.,
and served as the President of the organization. He coordinates training for other attorneys and mental health professionals
in Collaborative Law. David continues to expand his practice in Collaborative Family Law. Mr. Murch was also rated as
one of America's Best Lawyers in 2008.
Marisa DiFrancesco, Paralegal
has 25 years of experience in the legal field, and is extensively trained in various areas
of the Law including Real Estate, Adoption, and Matrimonial Law. For the past 7 years, she has been a part of
